Explanation
Many gels cure with a thin tacky film on top called the inhibition layer, and it is simply wiped off with a lint-free wipe and gel cleanser or alcohol to reveal the shine. This is expected and does not mean the product failed. Extra lamp time will not remove it, soaking the hand in water before wiping ruins the finish, and there is no reason to strip a set that cured correctly.
