Alcohol, drugs, and the law
In Alabama, it is illegal to drive with a BAC of 0.08 or higher if you are 21 or older, and a zero-tolerance limit of 0.02 applies to drivers under 21. Alcohol and many drugs impair judgment, reaction time, and vision. (Alabama Driver Manual)
Implied consent
