Mississippi Life, Accident & Health or Sickness Producer Examination — Exam facts
Administering bodyMississippi Insurance Department (MID) — exam delivered by Pearson VUE

The handbook's exam table lists this exam (InsMS-LAH05) as available through OnVUE online proctoring, but Pearson VUE's Mississippi page currently says OnVUE is unavailable for the Life, Accident & Health or Sickness exam, so plan on a test center. Prelicensing: the July 2025 handbook's chart still lists a 40-hour course for the combined licence, but the Department's licensing page says House Bill 819, effective July 1, 2024, exempts Life applicants from the 20-hour prelicensing requirement for the Life line only; the Department does not state the resulting hours for the combined licence.
