QuestionsNot published by Pearson VUE / Missouri Department of Commerce and Insurance

The February 2026 content outline contradicts itself. It heads the combined exam's general part as 50 scored plus 5 pretest questions, but that part's six section weights add up to 100. The Missouri-specific part is 40 scored plus 5 pretest questions, and its sections do add up to 40. The handbook prints no question count. Until Pearson VUE resolves this, we do not state a total.

Passing scoreScaled score of 70 on a 0–100 scale

The handbook states that the reported scaled score is neither the number nor the percentage of questions answered correctly. A candidate who fails must wait 1 day before scheduling a re-examination. The handbook's licence-application section says Missouri exam scores are valid for 1 year.
