| Questions | 150 questions (140 scored, 10 unscored pretest) Two separate exams: General (national) has 80 scored + 5 pretest = 85 questions; State has 60 scored + 5 pretest = 65 questions. | Time limit | 240 minutes The sum of the two parts: 150 minutes for General and 90 minutes for State. Source: Pearson VUE — Arizona Real Estate Candidate Handbook #090300 (February 2026) (2026-09-22) |
| Passing score | 75% The handbook reports a percent score and requires 75% of questions correct to pass; each part produces its own score report. After a fail you must wait 24 hours before booking a retake, which costs the same as the first attempt. After a second or later fail, a one-time exam review can be booked. | Fees |
Pearson offers a combination discount when both parts are booked back to back on the same day; the handbook's wording of the discount amount is ambiguous, so PrepPass does not state it. ADRE's own license fee is not included here. Source: Pearson VUE — Arizona Real Estate Candidate Handbook #090300 (February 2026) (2026-09-22) |
| Languages offered | Not published by ADRE / Pearson VUE Neither the handbook nor ADRE's or Pearson's Arizona pages state the language(s) the exam is offered in; the only language rule found is that identification must be in English. PrepPass therefore names no exam language.
