Colorado Real Estate Broker Examination — Exam facts
Administering bodyColorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, Division of Real Estate — exam delivered by PSI Services LLC

Colorado's entry-level license is broker; there is no separate salesperson license. First-time applicants complete 168 hours of approved course work (or hold a degree with a real estate major) and pass both the national and the state portion. PSI offers the exam at test centers or by remote proctoring. Under Commission Rule 2.2.D, an exam taken before the pre-license education is completed does not count.
