National portion: 80 scored items plus 5 pretest. Oklahoma portion: 40 scored items plus pretest items that the handbook gives as 10 in its score table but as 5 to 10 in its state content outline — hence a range. Pretest items are not identified and do not count.

Passing scoreNot published by Oklahoma Real Estate Commission / Pearson VUE

Withheld: “70% scaled” mixes a percentage with a scaled score, and the handbook does not say which it is. The handbook states the salesperson cut for each portion as “70% scaled”; each portion must be passed. Attempts are unlimited within 1 year of OREC's approval of the application, and only a failed portion is retaken. Numeric scores are not given to candidates who pass.
