Oregon Real Estate Broker License Examination (National and State sections) — Exam facts
Administering bodyOregon Real Estate Agency — exam delivered by PSI Services LLC

Oregon's entry-level licence is called Broker; there is no separate salesperson licence. You apply to the Agency first, complete 150 hours of approved broker pre-license education, and your school then makes you eligible with PSI. PSI offers the exam at a test center or remote proctored; fingerprints are taken at a PSI test center.

Passing score75%

You must score 75% or better on both sections. A passed section stays valid for 12 months while you retake only the failed one; if both are not passed by then, both must be retaken. You cannot book a retake on the day you test; each attempt needs a new fee. Passing scores are valid for one year for licensing.
