Time limit210 minutes

From the handbook's exam table: National Salesperson 150 minutes, State Salesperson 60 minutes; the figure shown adds the two. A generic line elsewhere in the handbook says candidates get “from 2 to 6 hours depending on the exam type”, which does not match the table.

Passing scoreNot published by WVREC / Pearson VUE

The handbook describes a scaled score from 0 to 100 that “is neither the number of questions you answered correctly nor the percentage”, then lists “Passing score: Salesperson 70%”. Because the document calls the same figure both a scaled score and a percentage, PrepPass does not choose one. WVREC: an approval lasts 90 days or two attempts, whichever comes first, and you retake only the part you failed.

  • $75 — Salesperson license fee (West Virginia Real Estate Commission, one-time) Source

Pearson VUE's fee is charged per part, so both parts together cost twice the figure shown; it is non-refundable and non-transferable. The exam application fee is charged each time a new approval to test is needed.
