Wyoming Real Estate Salesperson Examination (National and State portions) — Exam facts
Administering bodyWyoming Real Estate Commission — exam delivered by Pearson VUE

First-time salesperson applicants must complete and pass the Salesperson I, Salesperson II and Wyoming Law courses, then pass the National and State exams; the Commission's page names the courses but not their hours. Pearson VUE delivers the exam at test centers or online through OnVUE. Once both portions are passed, the licence application must be submitted within 90 days.

Passing scoreScaled score of 75 on a 0–100 scale

Required on each portion. The scaled score is neither the number nor the percentage of questions answered correctly, and numeric scores are reported only to failing candidates. You must wait 24 hours to book a retake; if you pass one portion, the failed portion must be passed within 6 months of the first, or both must be retaken.
