Road Signs & Signals
The KPP curriculum groups signs by shape and colour so you can read them quickly and respond early.
Regulatory signs
Round signs give orders. A red border usually prohibits or restricts, such as no entry or no turn, while a blue circle gives a compulsory instruction such as keep left. Both must be obeyed.
Warning and stop signs
Red-bordered triangles warn of hazards ahead such as bends, junctions, or crossings so you can slow down. A red octagonal STOP (BERHENTI) sign means stop completely and give way before proceeding.
Information signs and give way
Rectangular blue or green signs give directions and information. A GIVE WAY (BERI LALUAN) sign or marking means slow down and yield to traffic that has priority, stopping only if needed.
