| Passing score | 70% (at least 105 of the 150 scored questions) The Department's outline lists 105 as the minimum correct for a passing score. Unanswered questions count as incorrect. After a second failure there is a 90-day wait; after a fourth failure, a 180-day wait before each further attempt; the waiting periods lapse 24 months after the last failure.
