Passing scoreNot published by Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission / Pearson VUE

Withheld: the handbook contradicts itself. As printed in the handbook's table, for each part. The same page says raw scores are converted to scaled scores ranging from 0 to 100, and that the reported scaled score is neither the number nor the percentage of questions answered correctly. Pass one part and fail the other and you retake only the failed part, within the 5-year authorization that starts with your first course; passing results are valid for 3 years.

Fees
  • $52 — Salesperson exam — national part (Pearson VUE, per attempt)
  • $49 — Salesperson exam — Pennsylvania state-specific part (Pearson VUE, per attempt)

Paid by card when booking; non-refundable and non-transferable, and the handbook adds that “fees may vary”. The same table also lists a “Salesperson - Combined” row at $52 with no explanation, so it is not shown as a separate price here.
