Maryland Licensing Requirements

To qualify for a Maryland real estate salesperson license, an applicant must complete an approved pre-license course of:

Maryland requires 60 hours of Commission-approved pre-license education before an applicant may sit for the salesperson examination. After passing the exam, the applicant must be affiliated with a licensed broker to activate the license and complete continuing education to renew.
