考生可在 PSI 考点应试,或依 PSI 公告选择远程监考形式。报考前,销售员须完成委员会认可的 60 学时执照前课程(Principles of Real Estate)。

全国部分 80 道题,州部分 40 道题。PSI 可能另加一至十道不计分的实验题,且这些题会占用考试时间。以互惠方式申请的外州持照人只需考州部分。
