§7090 lets the registrar, on its own motion or on the verified written complaint of any person, investigate an applicant, contractor or home improvement salesperson, and deny licensure or renewal, cite, temporarily suspend or permanently revoke a licence where that person is guilty of or commits any act or omission that this chapter makes a cause for disciplinary action.
