Every rule in this packet is free to read on PrepPass. Here is the one-page version, and every rule id in the packet links back to the free chapter that teaches it. What $9.99 buys is the arrangement: the figures pooled by value so the ones the exam sets against each other sit on the same sheet, a recall side to write each one instead of re-reading it, a route sized to the days you have, and the card you fold on the morning.

198 rules with a figure or a contrast; 120 carry a blank on their recall side. The concept sheets are the 78 rules with no figure to blank — the ones the exam asks as scenarios — as a say-it-before-you-look self-test.

The card carries the 11figures two or more rules share, each as a complete sentence, and names what it left off and where to find it. The sections run in the board’s published weights, heaviest first — the packet does not claim to know which sections are your weaker ones.
How to print it
- US Letter, double-sided, flip on the long edge. Every REFERENCE sheet then has its RECALL twin on the back.
- Cut the card page (p. 60) on the solid line and fold on the dashes. It is the only page you carry on the morning.
- PDF only, on purpose. A fold-out card and a write-in blank have no reflowable form; an EPUB of this would be nothing.

A cram sheet keeps the number and throws away the reasoning, which makes it the format that ages worst. Every page of this packet carries the date its figures were checked (2026-09-11) against the current statute and the CSLB’s own published material, and where the packet could not verify a figure the exam tests, it prints a blank and the section to check rather than a guess.
