Section 3203(a)(7)(B) requires training to all new employees, and (C) again whenever an employee is given a new assignment for which training has not previously been received. The standard sets no grace period, so each of the other three leaves a worker on the job untrained: 30 days is borrowed from reporting and posting deadlines elsewhere in the scheme; the next tailgate can be up to 10 working days away under section 1509(e), which sets a meeting interval, not a training deadline; and a probationary period is a term of employment that appears nowhere in the safety orders.
