At a four-way stop, who has the right of way?

Why: The first vehicle to stop proceeds first; when two arrive together, the driver on the left yields to the driver on the right. (MPI)

What must you do at a red, eight-sided (octagonal) STOP sign?
- ASlow to a crawl and continue
- BYield but keep rolling
- CCome to a complete stop, then go when it is safeCorrect
