For a driver 21 or older, Minnesota's illegal blood alcohol concentration (BAC) is:

Rules of the Road & Right of Way
At a four-way stop, if two vehicles arrive at the same time, the driver who must yield is the one:
- AIn the heavier vehicle
- BOn the leftCorrect
- CTurning right
- DOn the right
