In North Carolina, a driver age 21 or older is legally impaired at a BAC of:
- A0.12 or higher
- B0.05 or higher
- C0.10 or higher
- D0.08 or higherCorrect

Rules of the Road & Right of Way
At a four-way stop, if two vehicles arrive at the same time, the right of way goes to:
- AThe larger vehicle
- BThe faster vehicle
- CThe vehicle on the rightCorrect
- DThe vehicle on the left
Why: When two vehicles reach a four-way stop together, the driver on the left yields to the driver on the right. (North Carolina Driver's Handbook, right of way)
